Reporting an infringement
If you believe material on ThaiPDF infringes rights you own or represent, email a clear written notice. We will review complete, good-faith notices and take appropriate action.
- Identify the copyrighted work.
- Identify the material and exact page URL at issue.
- Provide your name and a reliable way to contact you.
- Explain your authority to act for the rights holder.
- State in good faith that the use is not authorized.
- Confirm that the notice is accurate.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice explaining why. Include your contact details, the removed material, and a good-faith statement supporting restoration. We may share notices with the affected parties when needed to evaluate the claim.
Good-faith use of this process
Do not submit knowingly false or misleading claims. A false notice can cause harm and may create legal responsibility. This process is for genuine intellectual-property concerns, not ordinary disagreements or criticism.
